Creative Financial Staffing is seeking a skilled Staff Accountant to join our team during a period of expansion. This is an opportunity for a candidate looking to learn and grow with our company in a friendly, collaborative office space.

Overview of the Staff Accountant Role:

  • Process accounts payable, including 3-way matching of invoices and data entry
  • Manage accounts receivable, posting payments to ledgers
  • Communicate daily with vendors and staff regarding customer account status
  • Assist with the year-end close process
  • Support payroll processing
  • Participate in additional projects as assigned

Preferred Qualifications for a Staff Accountant:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years of experience in an accounting role
  • Proficient in Excel, familiar with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial analysis and reporting
