About the Role

As a Full Stack Engineer at EDB, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for designing and building the future of Postgres development tooling.

Your Impact
  • Develop practical, easy-to-use tooling and processes
  • Leverage cloud environments to scale our development, testing, and build systems
  • Improve the performance and usability of existing tools and automated systems
  • Collaborate with engineers throughout EDB to ensure we are using standard methodologies to build scalable, secure, and operationally sound tools and systems
  • Document and evangelize tooling for use by engineers for the development, testing, and packaging of their products
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with Golang, Python, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Packer
  • 5+ years of experience with frontend development utilizing React
  • Experience with major cloud providers: AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
  • Familiarity with microservice, distributed, and event-driven architectures
  • Solid understanding of Linux/UNIX and comfortable working in a command line-centric environment
  • Experience developing, implementing and maintaining IaC (Infrastructure as Code)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed international team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Calm and methodical approach with good communication skills

Compensation

$60-80/hr. max
