Kona Ice Driver

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Kona Ice team as a driver. As a Kona Ice driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a mobile shaved ice truck, and interacting with event coordinators and customers.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
• Operate a mobile shaved ice truck to and from events, ensuring timely and safe transportation
• Stock and maintain the truck with shaved ice and other supplies
• Interact with event coordinators and customers, responding to questions and resolving issues
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the truck is in good working condition

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and stand for long periods
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends

• Experience working with children and in customer-facing roles
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and handle cash transactions
• Experience driving a bus or large vehicle
