About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Coach. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in our luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to make informed sales recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering a loyal customer base and driving repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date on fashion trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying current on new arrivals, sales, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of teamwork, respect, and open communication.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash registers systems, basic computer skills (including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team, mobility to maneuver the sales floor and stock room, and ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, and busy seasons.

Work Setup

Base Pay Range: $15.00 to $18.00 Hourly
