  • Guarantee prompt and precise claim submissions, manage denial resolutions, and oversee payment processing.
  • Address patient inquiries regarding billing and claims, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to refine billing procedures and improve financial outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and uphold ethical practices in all collection efforts.

Qualifications:

  • A strong commitment to supporting patients in their mental health journeys and aligning with Serenity's core values.
  • Extensive billing experience, ideally within the mental health sector.
  • At least 4 years of leadership experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a billing-focused role.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate high-performing teams through effective recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of billing operations, including charge capture, payment processing, denial management, and patient collections.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving financial objectives.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to the dynamic needs of the department.
  • Experience in managing insurance collections effectively.
