Job Title: Automotive Maintenance Technician

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is a leading provider of tire and auto service solutions in North America. As an Automotive Maintenance Technician, you will be an integral part of our team, servicing vehicles and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing basic automotive issues, including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, and electrical systems. You will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair basic automotive issues, including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, and electrical systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations.
  • Install and perform tire maintenance, including installing batteries, shock absorbers, and exhaust systems.
  • Road test vehicles to ensure they are safe and functioning properly.
Requirements
  • Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
  • Valid automobile driver's license at all times.
  • Experience in the automotive service industry preferred.
  • Reading, writing, and math skills.
