Key Responsibilities
Teach various courses in biotechnology, including entrepreneurship, drug discovery, cell and molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry, microbiology, laboratory instruction, biotechnology finance, regulatory affairs, clinical trials, project management, or manufacturing. Develop and implement inclusive course materials, teaching strategies, and advisement that cater to our diverse student population. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance our program's academic excellence and commitment to social justice.

Requirements
A Master's degree or higher in biology, biotechnology, engineering, business, or a related field is required, along with demonstrated college-level teaching experience. Applicants should demonstrate an awareness of and sensitivity to the educational goals of a multicultural population.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation for this position ranges from $22,279 to $39,770 per course unit, depending on qualifications and experience.
