Job Overview

At Circle Fitness Llc, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fitness Sales Associate. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our fitness studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide premium customer service to members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for membership sales, renewals, and retail sales.
  • Maximize workout traffic and maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with members, prospects, and the fitness team.
  • Process accurate cash and credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records using our sales systems.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and previous sales experience.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Functional computer skills, including MS Office and basic computer software.
  • Health and fitness-minded individuals are strongly preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
