Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team. As an ABA Therapist, you will be responsible for implementing programs based on ABA principles to increase communication, self-help, social, and play skills in children with autism and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collecting data about behaviors through direct observation.
- Teaching students the specific behavior skills called for in treatment plans written up by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Implementing programs based on ABA principles to increase communication, self-help, social, and play skills.
- Communicating behavioral intervention results to parents, caregivers, and supervising BCBA.
- Accurately keeping records of client's progress - training provided (familiarity with Central Reach preferred).

Requirements:

- RBT Certification (Preferred).
- Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

- Competitive compensation: $20-$27 per hour.
- Supervision will be provided for BCBA candidates.
- Restraint training available if needed.
- Full-time, part-time, part-time leading to full-time opportunities.
- Full benefits package available for full-time employees.

Work Environment:

- In-person work setting.
- Monday to Friday schedule.
- Weekend availability.
