Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting and mentoring a team of auditors to ensure they possess the necessary technical skills and educational qualifications for the audits conducted.
  • Enhancing the Corporate Audit process by proposing and implementing improvements that broaden audit coverage, mitigate risks, and add value to the organization.
  • Delivering high-quality audits and reports that comply with established audit standards, showcasing your leadership and organizational capabilities.
  • Formulating actionable plans with measurable outcomes and regularly updating operational or financial audit strategies.
  • Fostering strong interpersonal relationships and collaborating effectively with all management levels.

Required Experience:
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
  • 6 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Big 4 audit firm or within a public company’s internal audit team.
  • Proven experience in managing audit projects and liaising with external auditors and management to resolve issues and enhance processes.
  • A track record of identifying cost-saving opportunities for organizations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, complemented by effective active listening and interviewing techniques.
  • Advanced problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and creativity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for both domestic and international assignments.

Educational Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Preferred advanced degrees or certifications such as MBA, CPA, CIA, CISA, etc.
