We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Providence Health & Rehab Center. As a member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support to our residents.

About the Role

This is a part-time opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. You will work alongside our experienced healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care and services that meet the unique needs of each resident.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming;
  • Providing basic care and support to residents, including feeding, toileting, and ambulation;
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes or concerns related to resident health and well-being;
  • Collaborating with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within the applicable laws of the state in which you work;
  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • The ability to communicate effectively in English and follow verbal and written instructions;
  • Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail;
  • The ability to work collaboratively with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff in the performance of duties;
  • The ability to observe proper safety and sanitary techniques;
  • Availability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment.
