Product Quality Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Product Quality Manager to lead our quality management team at Instrument Development Co, LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of product quality and compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the quality management team to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement quality standards and processes to ensure the highest level of product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related issues.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide training and coaching to quality inspectors on quality procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or quality assurance.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a quality management role.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Compensation:
$110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
