Surgical Technician

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technician to join our team at Swedish Health Services. As a Surgical Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures, working closely with the surgical team to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and supplies, ensuring they are sterile and ready for use.
- Assist the surgical team during procedures, providing support and maintaining a safe and efficient operating room environment.
- Coordinate with the surgical team to ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are available and in good working order.
- Participate in the maintenance of surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring they are properly cleaned and sterilized.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to develop and implement effective surgical protocols and procedures.
- Completion of a surgical technician program or equivalent training.
- Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the surgical team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
