ABA Interventionalist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Education Assistant to join our team at Behavior Management Solutions.

In this role, you will work directly with students in a public school classroom setting, providing behavior support and implementing individualized curricula.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in psychology and education, as we offer guidance and tutoring in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and free supervision for those pursuing a BCBA or RBT certification.

The Education Assistant will be responsible for assisting students with managing their behavior, providing breaks, and utilizing motivational systems to promote positive interactions.

Daily data collection and graphing of results will also be a key aspect of this role, ensuring that student progress is accurately tracked and reported.

Effective communication across all stakeholders, including teachers, clinical supervisors, and parents, is crucial in this position.

• Assist students with behavioral challenges by providing individualized support and strategies
• Collect and graph daily data on student behavior, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement
• Communicate regularly with teachers, clinicians, and parents to ensure consistency and continuity of care
• Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans
• Experience working with children with autism or other disabilities preferred
• RBT credentials highly desirable

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000-$45,000 per year, depending on experience.
