Vision:

The Capital Transformation QMMF aims to establish a unified, agile, and well-regulated forecasting framework that fosters effective and consistent decision-making. This framework is designed to enhance the management of the organization's resources, align with strategic priorities, and integrate with risk management practices.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the deployment of QMMF Initiative processes, governance, and controls while promoting effective communication.
  • Engage in collaborative efforts across Capital Projects to ensure the successful execution of our Action Plan.
  • Coordinate interactions with key stakeholders, including Consent Order representatives and Internal Audit, managing agendas and follow-ups.
  • Facilitate discussions on relevant topics across Capital Projects, including consultations with FTO and PMOs.
  • Contribute to the development of Capital oversight metrics, dashboards, and UAT testing.
  • Work closely with stakeholders in Finance, Global Functions, and Businesses to advance the Capital Transformation Initiative.
  • Play a role in shaping the strategic direction for processes, organization, and architecture related to Finance and Capital Planning.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance the Capital Transformation QMMF Initiative.
  • Foster an environment that encourages the exchange of information.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Planning, FP&A, and CCAR processes is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and diplomatic skills are essential for guiding and influencing stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and complex environment.
  • Self-driven with the capacity to make informed decisions independently.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities, along with respect and trust.
  • Attention to detail and strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are crucial.
  • Demonstrated planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint and Outlook.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
