Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our Anesthesia Care Team at Covenant HealthCare. As a Staff CRNA, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement anesthetic care plans in collaboration with anesthesiologists
  • Determine and prepare necessary equipment and supplies for each anesthetic
  • Record accurate and complete data on anesthetic records
  • Provide clear and concise reports to nursing staff post-operatively
  • Participate in department quality assurance activities, including chart audits and morbidity/mortality reviews
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved BSN program
  • Graduate of an approved CRNA program
  • Ability to become proficient in reading and documenting in electronic medical records
  • Ability to function at any hour of the day/night on assigned/on-call shifts
  • Ability to maintain punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
Working Conditions

This position requires constant sitting, reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, near vision, depth perception, visual accommodation, color vision, and field of vision.
