Job Overview:
Compensation up to $14.50 per hour

Shifts available in the evening, with start times ranging from 3 PM to 5 PM and concluding by 11 PM on designated days.

The Evening Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel's public spaces.

Key responsibilities may include (as per hotel requirements): thorough cleaning of assigned areas, setting up and maintaining complimentary lobby services such as coffee and evening concierge events, preparing meeting rooms, delivering requested items to guest rooms, and operating the shuttle van when necessary.

This position primarily operates during evening hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with experience in hospitality or a related field.

Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively.

Quick and accurate decision-making skills.

Ability to perform well under pressure.

Strong listening skills to understand and address concerns raised by guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities Include:
Engaging with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.


Maintaining consistent attendance in accordance with company standards, which may vary based on hotel needs.


Upholding high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the appropriate uniform and name tag.

Adhering to all company standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.

Providing turndown service for assigned guest rooms and suites.

Cleaning and refreshing guest rooms as necessary.

Restocking guest rooms as required per shift.

Completing all pre-cleaning tasks, including preparing guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linens for housekeeping carts.

Removing all trash and soiled linens from guest rooms.

Ensuring all hallways, public areas, and storage closets are clean, organized, and vacuumed.

Reporting maintenance issues promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.

Handling lost and found items according to established procedures.

Additional Duties:
Following all procedures as outlined by the Housekeeping Manager.

Performing other duties as assigned.
