Job Title: Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team at BRPH in Charleston, South Carolina. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage architectural projects, including design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects and designers, promoting professional development and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes and company performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Eight years of experience in architecture, with a strong track record of project management and leadership.
  • Registered Architect (RA) license and certification.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard software.
