Job Summary:The Registered Nurse - Clinical Trials will be responsible for providing direct patient care, conducting clinical trials, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and documenting patient information.
- Conduct clinical trials, including recruiting and enrolling patients, collecting data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement patient education programs to promote health literacy and patient engagement.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical trials or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
