Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.
  • Establish project timelines, define critical milestones, and manage all phases of marketing campaigns, including film promotions, MegaPass subscription initiatives, and special events.
  • Work closely with Sales, PLM, and external agencies to align marketing initiatives with overall business strategies, ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
  • Manage marketing efforts for events such as influencer screenings, film premieres, and themed marathons (e.g., Harry Potter, early access screenings), driving customer engagement and sales.
  • Monitor project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and make adjustments as needed to stay within financial constraints.
  • Track project outcomes and performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management and recommending optimizations for future campaigns.
  • Oversee and project manage brand rollout in Q, working with all departments to ensure they're on track to launch the new brand, including GMs.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or entertainment industry setting.
  • Proven experience using Asana to manage projects, track tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product management, and external partners to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Skilled in tracking project performance, analyzing data, and adjusting strategies to meet objectives.
  • Comfortable using project management software to track timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
