Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Ensure adequate staffing and resources are available to meet the needs of patients.
- Assist in providing direct nursing care to patients, including assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and report on patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- 1 year RN experience in ICU setting.
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- CPR certification.
