We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at Entech Network Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving a culture of maintenance excellence in our production facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of maintenance personnel, establishing priorities and schedules to ensure optimal maintenance performance.
  • Maintenance Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement maintenance strategies and plans to reduce maintenance-related losses, including breakdowns, maintenance costs, and lost productivity.
  • Asset Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing assets and facilities, ensuring they are properly maintained and meet or exceed budget expectations.
  • Inventory and Procurement: Manage parts inventory, monitor spending, and oversee purchase orders and invoice approvals.
  • Financial Management: Set and maintain departmental budgets, reviewing financial statements and monitoring line efficiencies, labor costs, and other expenses.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and continuous development opportunities for maintenance personnel, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to direct reports, ensuring they are meeting technical standards and contributing to the team's success.
  • Reliability and TPM: Drive the Maintenance and Reliability/TPM initiative, focusing on preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Project Management: Coordinate work with outside contractors, ensuring safety protocols are followed and projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with engineering, plant management, and other functions to design and develop production capacities and capabilities.
  • Health, Safety, and Security: Ensure the health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the work environment, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar managerial maintenance role, with strong technical, mechanical, maintenance, and/or engineering experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: 4+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Technical Knowledge: Demonstrable knowledge of maintenance disciplines, including electricity, electronics/automation, lubrication, and mechanical transmissions.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
  • TPM and Autonomous Maintenance: Experience with TPM and autonomous maintenance is highly desired.
  • Lean or Six Sigma: Experience with Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
  • Food and Beverage Manufacturing: Experience in food and/or beverage manufacturing is preferred.
  • CMMS Experience: Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of national, state, and local regulatory requirements in the areas of food safety, safety, environment, and emergency management.
