We are seeking a skilled and experienced ICU nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and challenging environment. As a Registered Nurse in our Adult Intensive Care Unit (ICU), you will be responsible for managing patients with complex medical conditions, including sepsis, GI bleed, DKA, and more. You will work in a 40-bed Medical ICU (MICU), Surgical ICU (SICU), and Trauma ICU (TICU) area with a total of 120 beds. Our nurse to patient ratios are 1:1-2, and you will be expected to function independently in outside areas. You will participate in core staff rotation for holidays and be required to read and interpret your own telemetry strips. Charting is done using the Cerner system. This position requires flexibility and adaptability in a challenging and dynamic work environment.
