Job Title: Career Advancement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Case Manager in Everett, WA State to join our team at Service Alternatives. As a Career Advancement Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing and transitioning individuals who receive Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) into subsidized internships and ultimately unsubsidized paid employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and transition individuals from TANF to unsubsidized paid employment.
  • Develop and implement case management plans to support clients' needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • At least one year of social services work experience.
  • Clear criminal history and ability to pass a background check.
Licenses and Certifications:
  • CPR/First Aid license (paid by SA).
  • Current driver's license, car insurance, and vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with diverse populations in a case management setting.
Skills:
  • Facilitating small groups/classes.
  • High-level customer service experience.
  • Strong personal/professional boundaries.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
