Job Overview

Powerhouse is seeking a highly skilled Junior Business Analyst to drive business growth and improvement through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and compile data from various sources within the organization to inform business decisions.
  • Review data for accuracy and ensure data integrity through regular audits and validations.
  • Create concise reports to communicate findings and insights, identifying trends and patterns within the data.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested by management.
  • Build predictive models to forecast future service and resource demands.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Business Analytics, or similar.
  • Experience with PowerBi, Excel, or similar dashboard programs.
  • Python and Air Table experience preferred.
