Team Lead Position

We are seeking a results-driven Team Lead to join our team at Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $16-$17 per hour, plus tips. We also offer brewed coffees, teas, and Cold Brews as a perk during shifts. Additionally, we provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to help our employees grow within the company.
