Private Duty Nurse LVN: Full Time/Part Time Days

Job Summary:
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse LVN to provide high-quality care to our patients in their homes. As a Private Duty Nurse LVN, you will work one-on-one with patients, providing continuous care and support to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:- Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Document care provided in our system of record
- Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management
- Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
- Follow up with physicians, clients, family members, and staff on client problems and concerns
- Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
