Position Summary:
The Facilities Lead is accountable for overseeing the operations of multiple buildings within a designated area, ensuring that our cleaning team meets the established goals and objectives set forth by client contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership and supervision to team members, fostering a culture that aligns with the core values of Perfection Commercial Services.
2. Address customer inquiries and work orders in a timely manner, while promoting accountability within the team.
3. Maintain awareness of current operational issues and identify opportunities for enhancement and growth.
4. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, utilizing necessary personal protective equipment as required.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of custodial maintenance, including:
- Restroom sanitation
- Office cleaning
- Carpet care
- Hard floor care
- Equipment operation and maintenance
- Chemical safety and knowledge

Additionally, the Facilities Lead will:
- Schedule and conduct quality control inspections to ensure cleanliness and supply adequacy.
