Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced MRI Technologist to join our team. As a travel MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, preparing patients for scans, and maintaining a safe and efficient imaging environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for scans, including explaining procedures, positioning patients, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Maintain a clean and organized imaging environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, participating in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as an MRI Technologist.
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Diagnostic Radiologic Technology or completion of a certificate program in MRI.
  • AHA BLS certification.
  • ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT registration.
  • Venipuncture license preferred.
