Excavation Supervisor

Magers Excavation is seeking a skilled and experienced Excavation Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing excavation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

• Lead and manage a team of skilled operators to execute excavation projects
• Develop and implement project plans, including layout and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
• Monitor and control project costs, including equipment maintenance and repair

• Proven experience as an Excavation Foreman or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of excavation techniques and equipment operation
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
• CDL and GPS equipment knowledge are considered assets
