Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet residents' unique needs

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of NJ
- Current CPR certification
- Sub-acute or long-term care experience preferred
- Availability to work rotating weekends
