Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential A/V Installation Specialist to join our team at Springboard Media, Inc. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and expertise to our high-end clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure A/V equipment, including TVs, speakers, and networking equipment
  • Program and troubleshoot home automation systems
  • Perform low-voltage wiring and electrical work
  • Work with sales and design teams to execute job scope and meet client expectations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of industry-specific experience in A/V installation and home automation
  • Proven experience in programming A/V systems and low-voltage wiring
  • Knowledge of Lutron, Savant, Sonos, and Wifi networks
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds, climb a 12-foot ladder, and perform manual work
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Availability to work 1 weekend per month
  • Valid driver's license
