Position Summary

Starting Wage: $18.00 / Hour

Schedule: Monday - Wednesday, 1 PM - 9 PM

As an Armed Security Specialist, you will protect and serve clients across various sectors including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, site-specific policies, and emergency response measures when necessary.
  • Address incidents and critical situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and its perimeter, adapting to different working environments and conditions as required by the client.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age for armed positions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

As a condition of employment, candidates will undergo a background investigation in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Additionally, applicants will be subject to a drug screening as permitted by law.

Participation in industry-specific security and safety training programs is required.

Licensing requirements may vary based on state and/or local laws and regulations and may need to be fulfilled prior to employment.
