Position Overview

Restaurant Associates is actively seeking dedicated individuals for the role of CASHIER. This position is available for both full-time and part-time schedules.

Job Location: Not specified

Work Schedule: Flexible shifts available, details to be discussed during the interview process.

Experience Required: A minimum of 1 year of cashier experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Input all sales into the cash register to ensure correct recording of purchases.
  • Handle cash, issue change, and process various forms of payment, including cards.
  • Provide receipts to customers and follow standard procedures for cash refunds.
  • Engage with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a friendly manner.
  • Maintain accountability for assigned cash funds and ensure compliance with cash handling standards.
  • Monitor customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in service areas.
  • Restock condiments and beverages as needed while ensuring a tidy environment.
  • Adhere to company service standards and inventory control procedures.
  • Comply with all sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
