At Bon Secours Mercy Health, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing the field of radiology. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in this mission by applying your skills and expertise to produce high-quality diagnostic images.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in computed tomography and a commitment to providing compassionate care to patients. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Confirming patient and procedural data to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Performing computed tomography procedures with precision and attention to detail
  • Properly positioning and immobilizing patients on CT scanning cradles to minimize radiation exposure
  • Administering radiographic contrast agents as needed
  • Assisting radiologists with biopsies and drainage procedures
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of CT IT systems, including Radiant and PACS

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's degree from an ARRT-accredited institute (preferred)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (required)
  • Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (preferred)
  • Advanced modality registration in CT, ARRT (preferred, or must obtain within 2 years)
  • State licensure (preferred)
