About the Role

Worldpay is seeking a highly skilled IT Security Analyst I to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining IAM governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) program-level work intake processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement IAM GRC tool implementation tasks to ensure governance, risk, and compliance for Worldpay products, services, and business activities.
Perform data analysis to validate Worldpay products, services, and business activities are prepared for IT audit, risk, industry, and regulatory assessments.
Develop and implement dashboards, metrics, and other mechanisms to track IAM governance, risk, and compliance strategic initiatives.
Develop IAM governance, risk, and compliance awareness training materials.
Additional duties as required.

About the Team

Our Identity and Access Management team is responsible for designing and building our IAM program from the ground up. Our team's vision is to be a benchmark global IAM program that enables the future of digital commerce.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
Up to 3 years of experience in IAM and/or IT Governance, Compliance & Risk Management.
Basic understanding of IAM products and services such as IGA, PAM, and AM in support of workforce users and use cases.
Basic familiarity with or knowledge of two or more of the following identity solutions: Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, HashiVault, BeyondTrust, SailPoint, ForgeRock, Ping.
Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) with the ability to provide succinct summaries and recommendations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment navigating ambiguity and demonstrating flexibility.
Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, combined with excellent problem-solving skills.
Self-motivation, personal drive with the confidence to act independently.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $65,440.00 - $106,660.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.
