Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Arkansas Community-Based Services. As a Pediatric Private Duty LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to acutely ill and chronically ill patients in their homes, working under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice, as defined by the state laws governing the practice of nursing, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the health care team.
  • Document patient visits thoroughly and completely per regulatory and payer requirements in the electronic medical record.
  • Actively participate in the agency's care coordination process, including timely reporting patients' needs and changes in condition, attending patient case conference, and communicating effectively with the patient, family, physician, and other clinicians.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • Current CPR certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous home care experience.
