The Temporary Sales Associate will uphold exceptional customer service standards, meet personal sales targets, encourage teamwork, maintain visual merchandising standards, and protect company assets. Flexibility to travel and work at various locations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a customer-centric culture in all activities.
  • Welcome and engage every customer, ensuring they remain the priority in a dynamic environment.
  • Stay informed about promotions, product details, and marketing efforts.
  • Assist with merchandise placement, display upkeep, and store cleanliness.
  • Support inventory management and restocking efforts.
  • Facilitate price adjustments within the department.
  • Operate the point of sale system accurately, processing transactions and handling payments efficiently.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all retail products, including pricing and special considerations.
  • Accurately process merchandise receipts, including inspections, tagging, and display arrangements, while reporting any issues to management.
  • Ensure the store is visually appealing by organizing merchandise and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Represent the Fashion Nova brand through adherence to dress code standards.
  • Travel to other locations as required.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
