Aequor Technologies is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school setting. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders in students.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication and swallowing disorders.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication and swallowing needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students' communication and swallowing development.
- Provide direct and indirect services to students, including individual and group therapy sessions.
- Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress and provide recommendations for continued support at home.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Current certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with students with communication and swallowing disorders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
