As a Mental Health Counselor with Riverside Community Care, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, providing guidance, education, and support to adults in the community. Our Adult Community Clinical Services program is designed to promote resiliency and recovery for individuals served, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct supports to assist individuals served with maintaining their physical and emotional health
* Develop and implement individualized plans to promote successful independent living
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
* High School diploma and one year of related experience required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
* Ability to work evening and weekend hours required
