Job Description:

The RN Clinical Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and managing clinical operations for a specific location. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to coordinate care between team members and adhere to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates and oversees all direct care patient services provided by clinical personnel
  • Develops, plans, implements, analyzes, and organizes clinical operations for a specific location managed
  • Responsible for QA/PI activities, data tracking, and performance review to determine efficiency and efficacy of case management system


Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse
  • Proof of current CPR and valid driver's license with auto insurance and reliable transportation
  • Two years as a Registered Nurse with at least one-year of management experience in a home care or hospice environment
