Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Buffalo, NY area. As a critical role within our organization, this position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Analyze and verify order information to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
  • Work closely with outside sales representatives to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Assist customers in the showroom with product selection and order placement
  • Solicit new sales opportunities and provide product solutions to customers
  • Restock the showroom and perform cycle counts as required

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer service role
  • Building materials industry experience a plus
  • Developed customer service, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Team-oriented, shows initiative, and strong drive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • AS400 experience preferred but not mandatory
  • High School graduate, some college courses preferred
