Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2pm-8pm, and every other Saturday, 9am-8pm. Pay: $15/hour. At Ken Garff Automotive Group, we're looking for a talented Evening Receptionist to join our team. As a customer service expert, you'll be responsible for answering phones, taking messages, and providing excellent service to our customers. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and performing other duties as assigned. If you have previous receptionist experience, preferably in an automotive dealership, and excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, we'd love to hear from you.   • Answer phones in a professional manner and transfer customers promptly to the appropriate destination.
  • Take messages from customers when the desired person is unavailable or at the customer's request.
  • Greet and accommodate walk-in customers promptly and provide timely, friendly, professional service.
  • Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving customer concerns.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Call customers when license plates come in and keep a license plate log to ensure accuracy.
