Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and annual budgets to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with various departments and senior management to develop long-term strategic plans and initiatives, assessing the financial feasibility and impact of strategic projects and investments.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, working with department heads to develop departmental budgets and monitoring and updating forecasts throughout the year.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including profitability analysis, pricing analysis, and scenario modeling, to evaluate the financial performance of business units or product lines.
  • Develop strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to key partners, providing financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
  • Manage and develop a team of financial analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
  • Proven experience (typically 5-8 years) in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, proficiency in using financial software, spreadsheets, and ERP systems.
  • Deep understanding of financial statements, key financial metrics, and financial performance indicators.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial partners.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
