Work Schedule:

Compensation Package:

As a Physical Therapist, you will implement high-quality therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities, adhering to the principles and practices of physical therapy and Select Medical policies.
Maintain positive interactions with facilities and clients, enhancing relationships with staff and clients.
Documentation Responsibilities:
In states where permitted, document patient interactions using accepted medical terminology and formats.
Successful completion of educational requirements for state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Physical Therapy is essential.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice is required.
CPR certification is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and comply with state practice acts and regulations governing physical therapy practice and supervision.
Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients requiring physical therapy, clearly documenting medical necessity.
Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.
Qualifications:
Required Credentials:
New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Must be a graduate of an APTA-accredited physical therapy program.
Outpatient clinical rotation is required for new graduates.
Outpatient experience within the last five years is necessary for practicing clinicians.
Affiliation with APTA is recommended but not mandatory.
State licensure/registration is required where applicable.
