Position Overview:

The Lead Registered Nurse is responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of nursing staff within patient care units. This role involves providing guidance to clinical personnel, implementing unit workflows, and ensuring seamless collaboration with other departments involved in patient care.

Qualifications:
A. Education and Skills: Must be a graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Exceptional customer service, negotiation, and communication skills are essential.
B. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting is required, along with at least 1 year of supervisory experience in nursing. Previous management experience in healthcare is preferred.
C. Licenses and Certifications: A valid RN license in good standing in the state of employment or a compact state, if applicable. Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association is required.
