Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse in our Neuroscience and Trauma Intermediate Care Unit, you will provide direct nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions, utilizing your expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and intervention. Collaborate with the interprofessional team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Obtain comprehensive patient data through assessment and collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Analyze and synthesize data to determine diagnoses and conditions relevant to care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient-centered care and safety.
- Implement evidence-based practices, utilizing clinical judgment and collaboration with the interprofessional team.
- Evaluate patient progress and outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification, or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
Our Neuroscience and Trauma Intermediate Care Unit is a 31-bed unit providing care to patients with complex medical conditions. As a Registered Nurse on this unit, you will work collaboratively with the interprofessional team to provide high-quality patient care.
