Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Equipment Specialist to join our Stamping Equipment Support Group (ESG) at KTH Parts Industries, Inc. in St. Paris, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to downtime calls to maintain production efficiency
  • Perform regular equipment inspections and maintenance
  • Conduct daily reporting and tracking of equipment-related activities
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide immediate support to the production floor
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-year degree or technical certification, or 3+ years of experience in an industrial environment
Preferred Skills
  • Electrical and mechanical aptitude for equipment modification and repair
  • Proficiency with testing instruments and hand tools
  • Working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC's
  • Ability to suggest and implement ideas to reduce downtime
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and electrical systems
  • Understanding of blueprints, pneumatic, and electrical schematics
  • Ability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft products
