Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Blender to join our team at Schreiber Foods. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently producing high-quality blends by staging and blending ingredients according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify label information and load ingredients into the blender in the correct order.
  • Maintain and clean equipment, parts, tools, utensils, and work areas to ensure good housekeeping and 5S standards.
  • Ensure proper separation of materials and equipment by food allergens.
  • Meet production needs and goals while minimizing product shrink and downtime.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting of blending equipment and processes, contacting maintenance as needed.
  • Accurately complete all required paperwork and transactions in a timely manner.
  • Identify Critical Control Points (CCPs) and participate in shift exchanges and work team meetings.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to be forklift and pallet jack certified.
  • Ability to be Lockout Tagout (LOTO) certified.
  • Basic math skills, including fractions, decimals, and percentages.
  • Basic computer operational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
