Naples Soap Company is seeking a dynamic and extroverted Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on the benefits of our natural products, and building lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
  • Provide personalized product recommendations and educate customers on the benefits of our natural products.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in community outreach and events to promote our brand and handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive approach.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for natural beauty and wellness products.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is required.
  • Ability to work nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
  • A team player with a positive and can-do attitude.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
